° Los damnificados por el incendio ocurrido en Manzanares (Caldas), que no tuvieren manera de reedificar las casas de habitación destruidas por dicho siniestro, ocurrido en el año de 1945, podrán ser auxiliados por el Gobierno Nacional con una cuota parte de la suma que sea necesaria para atender al servicio del préstamo hipotecario suficiente para la respectiva reconstrucción.
