Remuneración adicional . Los empleados al servicio de la Contraloría General de la República que laboren ordinariamente en los Departamentos creados por el artículo 309 de la Constitución Política y en el Departamento del Caquetá, tendrán derecho a una remuneración adicional equivalente al ocho por ciento (8%) de la asignación básica mensual que les corresponda y se percibirá por cada mes completo de servicio.
