Los intermediarios del mercado cambiario podrán atender solicitudes de venta de cualquier divisa para pagar al exterior obligaciones pactadas en una divisa diferente. Asimismo, los residentes en el país podrán canalizar a través del mercado cambiario una divisa diferente a la originalmente pactada.
