Artículo Primero . El Instituto de Crédito Territorial podrá conceder préstamos hipotecarios, con destino a la financiación de nuevas viviendas para ser amortizados por el sistema de abonos diferidos. En estos casos el Instituto podrá conceder hasta seis (6) años de plazo para comenzar a percibir las cuotas de amortización del crédito y de los correspondientes intereses.
