Art. 10 si se encontraren minas de oro o cualquier otro metal a distancia de dos leguas a uno i otro lado del camino, tendrá el empresariado derecho de rejistrarlas hasta el día 31 de julio de 1858, siempre que no hubieren sido registradas ántes por otras personas. Despues del 31 de julio podrá el mismo o cualquier otro pedir el rejistro de ellas.
