El aspirante a un curso de ascenso deberá acreditar el tiempo determinado en el artículo 22 del presente estatuto, no haber sido sancionado durante los tres (3) años de servicio por la comisión de faltas graves señaladas en el régimen disciplinario y haber aprobado el concurso respectivo.
