Las enumeraciones o listas de sujetos evaluados en los que deban constar los diagnósticos o datos de la evaluación y que se le requieran al psicólogo por otras instancias, a efectos de planificación, obtención de recursos u otros, deberán realizarse omitiendo el nombre y datos de identificación del sujeto, cuando no sean estrictamente necesarios.
