º. En los términos del artículo 20 del Decreto 2351 de 1965, la pensión de jubilación y el auxilio de cesantía son compatibles. En consecuencia, a partir del cuatro (4) de septiembre de mil novecientos sesenta y cinco (1965) quedó sin efecto la autorización legal para descontar de la pensión los valores que al trabajador hubieren sido pagados por concepto de anticipos o liquidaciones definitivas de cesantías.
