Art. 122. Toda articulación que se promueva en este juicio se sustanciará en cuaderno separado, dando traslado á las partes del escrito en que se promueva, por el término de seis días, dentro de los cuales podrán aquéllas presentar sus alegatos, y vencido que sea este término se resolverá el incidente dentro de los tres días siguientes.
