La lucha anti cancerosa en el país estará bajo la dirección técnica del Instituto Nacional de Ràdium. En Instituto nacional de Ràdium levantará la estadística cancerosa en el país y recomendará la fundación de filiales en los centros donde se justifique. Estos filiales tendrán derecho para su instalación y funcionamiento a una subvención por parte del Tesorero Nacional igual a la suma a apropiada para tal fin en el respectivo presupuesto departamental.
