El presupuesto asignado a Instrucción Criminal, Medicina legal, Dirección Nacional y Seccional de instrucci6n criminal, Juzgados de Instrucción Criminal y Orden Público, Fiscalías de Juzgados Superiores, Penales del Circuito y Superiores de Aduanas, Orden Público, Cuerpo técnico de Policía Judicial y demás entidades que se incorporan a la Fiscalía General se trasladará al presupuesto de la Fiscalía General.
