Títulos para la Renovación del Territorio (TRT). Los Títulos para la Renovación del Territorio (TRT) de los que trata el artículo 800-1 del Estatuto Tributario son la contraprestación por el cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas de los convenios de obras por impuestos. Dichos títulos tendrán la calidad de negociables y podrán ser utilizados por su tenedor para pagar hasta el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del total del saldo a pagar por concepto del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios, o el ciento por ciento (100%) de las deudas por concepto del mismo impuesto, en los términos establecidos en el presente decreto.
