Artículo octavo. Las sumas incluidas en este Presupuesto como rentas provenientes de las participaciones del veinte por ciento (20%) en los productos brutos de la "Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones" (Secciones de Cables y Radios y de Teléfonos), serán consignadas por cuotas mensuales por la Empresa en la Tesorería General de la República.
