Los alumnos universitarios que cursaren estudios académicos, becados por la Universidad Pedagógica de Colombia, al término de su carrera o de sus estudios de especialización, quedan obligados a prestar servicios docentes al Estado durante un tiempo no menor de cuatro a\os. El cumplimiento de esta disposición será garantizado por medio de contratos celebrados entre ellos y la Universidad.
