° Presentación de listas. Las listas de que trata el artículo 3° de la Ley 31 de 1984 deberán presentarse en la Secretaría General del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social durante el mes de marzo del año en que deba elegirse nuevo Consejo Directivo en la respectiva Caja, según lo establezcan los estatutos. Las listas que presenten las Centrales Obreras para cada Consejo Directivo deberán incluir al menos diez (10) candidatos, de manera que el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social pueda ejercer la facultad legal de escogencia que le determina la ley.
