"Artículo 11. Lo estipulado en el presente Convenio no podrá afectar en manera alguna el derecho que cada una de las Partes contratantes se reserva expresamente de vigilar y prohibir con medidas legislativas o de policía interna, la venta y circulación de cualquiera obra o producción, respecto de la cual uno de los dos Países considere conveniente ejercer este derecho.
