El Fondo Nacional de Vivienda (Fonvivienda) podrá asignar subsidios familiares de vivienda a aquellos hogares que se vinculen a programas de vivienda desarrollados por las Organizaciones Populares de Vivienda (OPV) de que trata el artículo 62 de la Ley 9ª de 1989 de acuerdo con las condiciones que para tal efecto determine el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio.
