La Nación auxiliará con la suma de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000), por una sola vez, el Colegio de Bachillerato "Instituto Dorada", de la población del mismo nombre, en el Departamento de Caldas. La suma antes indicada deberá invertirse por el mencionado colegio en la adquisición de laboratorios de física y química; establecimiento de una biblioteca y sala para conferencias culturales.
