Declaración sobre la utilización de medicamentos . El atleta deberá declarar, cualquier medicamento del que haya hecho uso por cualquier vía de administración, al menos durante los tres (3) días anteriores al control. Dicha declaración la hará constar el responsable de la toma de muestras en el formulario de medicamentos.
