º Habrá en el Ministerio de Agricultura una Junta de Compras dependiente de la Secretaria General, que estará integrada por el Ministro, que será su Presidente; por el Secretario General, el Secretario Técnico y el Secretario Administrativo. El Auditor Fiscal de la Contralorea en el Ministerio y un representante de la Dirección del Presupuesto asistirán a dicha Junta, con voz pero sin voto. Esta Junta podrá asesorarse de los técnicos que considere convenientes.
