Hasta tanto entre en operación la Unidad Administrativa Especial del Servicio Público de Empleo a que se refiere el artículo 26 de la Ley 1636 de 2013, el Ministerio del Trabajo se encargará de la administración del Servicio Público de Empleo y demás funciones establecidas en la ley y el presente decreto a cargo de la Unidad.
