Prestaciones económicas y asistenciales. Los trabajadores independientes afiliados al Sistema General de Riesgos Profesionales, tendrán todas las prestaciones económicas y asistenciales establecidas en el Decreto-ley 1295 de 1994, en la Ley 776 de 2002 y demás normas que las modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.

Parágrafo

Las Entidades Administradoras de Riesgos Profesionales, deberán garantizar la prestación de los servicios de salud y reconocer las prestaciones asistenciales por intermedio de las entidades del Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud.
