Las memorias técnicas exigidas en los artículos 5º, 6º, 7º, y 8º del presente Decreto requieren examen y concepto favorable de la Sección Técnica del Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos, entidad que hará cuando el caso lo justifique, la verificación delos datos y conceptos de dicha memoria sobre el terreno mismo, todo sin costo para el interesado.
