El Administrador de Aduana determinará el derecho a exención conforme a las disposiciones de este capítulo , a solicitud de los importadores. Cuando el administrador lo estime conveniente, podrá exigir fianza de garantía de que serán pagados los derechos sobre los efectos personales o el menaje doméstico importados por extranjeros si sus propietarios salen del país antes del término de un año.
