°. Restitución de recursos . Cuando se detecte un pago derivado de una inconsistencia, la EPS-S deberá restituir de manera inmediata al Fondo Territorial de Salud lo correspondiente a los recursos girados de manera indebida, de conformidad con lo que para estos efectos determine el Ministerio de la Protección Social.
