Las becas de que trata el artículo 10 de la Ley 94 de 1927 pueden ser adjudicadas también a niñas sordomudas y ciegas en los Institutos de Sordomudos y ciegos de Cundinamarca y Antioquia, según distribución que hará al efecto el Ministerio de Educación Nacional en la forma prevista en dicho artículo.
