Los proyectos industriales y de infraestructura deberán contratar una auditoría externa con una empresa de reconocido prestigio, que revisará por lo menos una vez al año los compromisos adquiridos en el contrato de admisión. Una vez elaborados, los informes deberán ser remitidos al Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y el Departamento Nacional de Planeación.
