La partida necesaria para atender al cumplimiento de la presente Ley se incluirá en el proyecto de Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia fiscal, y en caso de no hacerse caso de la apropiación respectiva, se autoriza al Gobierno para abrir los créditos correspondientes.
