º El artículo 27 de los estatutos de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones quedará así: Artículo.27. El Presidente de la Empresa podrá delegar en otros funcionarios -de la misma, las funciones comprendidas en\los literales c). h), i). j) y o) del artículo 25 de los presentes estatutos. De igual manera el Presidente podrá 'delegar en otros funcionarios dé la empresa, la celebración de contratos o negocios cuya cuantía sea igual o inferior a los cinco millones de pesos. ($ 5.000.000).
