° Suspéndese en el territorio de los Municipios de Bello y La Estrella, el inciso segundo del artículo 130 del Decreto-ley 1333 de 1986, en lo referente al cumplimiento de las funciones de Jefe de Policía, por parte de los Alcaldes de dichos municipios, que en virtud de las normas de este Decreto, se asignan al Comandante Militar, así como las demás normas que sean contrarias al mismo.
