°. Modifícase el artículo 11 del Decreto 876 de 1994, para adicionarlo con los siguientes numeral y

Parágrafo

8. Que se prevea que la totalidad de los rendimientos generados por los recursos aportados a un plan alternativo de capitalización o de pensiones sean abonados a los afiliados en los términos del artículo 97 de la Ley 100 de 1993, de acuerdo con el cual los fondos de pensiones que resulten de los planes alternativos de capitalización o de pensiones, así como cualquier otro ingreso generado por los activos que los integren son propiedad de los afiliados.

Parágrafo

La Superintendencia Bancaria impartirá las instrucciones a que haya lugar para dar cumplimiento a dicho artículo.
