Decreto 3905 de 2008 · por el cual, en desarrollo del Decreto-ley 919 de 1989, se definen el objeto y los instrumentos necesarios para la implementación del Plan de Reasentamiento en la Zona de Amenaza Volcánica Alta (ZAVA) del Volcán Galeras, declarada como zona de desastre por el Decreto 4106 de 2005.
