Article 31

Decreto 256 de 1994 · por el cual se reglamenta el Decreto-Ley número 1222 de junio 28 de 1993 y se dictan otras disposiciones

Los concursos deberán se declarados desiertos por la entidad convocante, mediante resolución del nominador o su delegado sólo en los siguientes casos

Cuando no se hubiere inscrito ningún aspirante o ninguno hubiere acreditado los requisitos, en los términos señalados en el artículo 19 de este Decreto.

Cuando ningún concursante haya superado la totalidad de las pruebas.

Parágrafo

Declarado desierto un concurso, la entidad deberá convocar nuevamente dentro de los veinte (20) días hábiles siguientes.
