A todo empleado u obrero, oficial o particular, a quién se le haga el descuento de que trata el numeral a) del artículo 1°, se le abonará en su cuenta individual la suma equivalente a los aportes de que tratan los numerales a) y b) del artículo 1° de esta Ley.
