Art. 6.° Un dia ántes de la votacion se pasará la lista definitiva a la Junta de elecciones que nombrará la Corporacion municipal luego que se reciba este decreto. Si hubiere mas de una seccion, a cada Junta se pasará la lista que le corresponda a su seccion. Al efecto, se tendrá presente el artículo 3.° de la lei de 4 de diciembre de 1857, i sus correlativos. En cada Distrito habrá, por lo ménos, una Junta eleccionaria ; i si hay que dividir la lista en secciones, para cada seccion habrá una sola Junta.
