Artículo segundo. Esta Ley entrará en vigor una vez cumplidos los trámites establecidos en la Ley 7º. del 30 de noviembre de 1944, en relación con el Convenio que por ésta misma ley se aprueba.

Ley 14 de 1981 · por medio de la cual se aprueba el "Convenio entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República de Italia, para evitar la doble Tributación sobre las Rentas y sobre el patrimonio derivadas del ejercicio de la Navegación Marítima y Aérea", y el canje de notas relativo al mismo convenio, suscrito en Bogotá el 21 de diciembre de 1979.
