Para efectos de otorgar la autorización de la importación paralela de que trata el presente decreto, el Ministerio de la Protección Social también señalará, entre otros aspectos, qué entidades, cantidades y las condiciones favorables de adquisición, e igualmente, indicará los requisitos que dichas entidades deben cumplir.
