Fijación de las características del efluente. Las características del efluente de la planta de tratamiento serán fijadas por la Autoridad Ambiental competente con observancia de lo dispuesto en el inciso 2 del artículo 2.2.3.2.20.5 de este Decreto y demás normas vigentes sobre la materia.
