º Todo aquel que importare' semillas, fruías o plantas, deberá exhibir en la aduana respectiva la licencia de que trata el artículo 6.º Si se hiciere la importación sin ese requisito o sin aquel a que se refiere el artículo 1.º, se pondrán los efectos importados a disposición del empleado de sanidad para que ordene su destrucción o su reembarque si así lo solicite el interesado. Este reembarque se hará dentro del plazo prudencial que determine dicho inspector y, vencido dicho plazo, se procederá a la destrucción, sin indemnización alguna.
