Aduanas y rutas para exportaciones especiales . La Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) podrá disponer que determinadas mercancías solo puedan ser exportadas por aduanas especialmente designadas para el efecto y señalar las rutas para realizar el transporte cuando a ello hubiere lugar.
