º. Modifícase el artículo 5º del Decreto 1118 de 1994, el que quedará así: Artículo 5º. Porcentaje mínimo de Integración Nacional. Las empresas ensambladoras de motocicletas, motonetas y motocarros deberán cumplir anualmente con el Porcentaje de Integración Nacional (PIN) mínimo, definido en el artículo 3º del presente Decreto, de la siguiente manera: PIN mínimo = 13% desde el 1º de enero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1997. 14% desde el 1º de enero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1998. 15% desde el 1º de enero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1999. 17% del 1º de enero del año 2000 en adelante.
