La Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión estará a cargo del Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública, cuyo Director ejercerá como Secretario en las deliberaciones de la Comisión y tendrá la responsabilidad de coordinar la realización de los proyectos que la Comisión ordene o que sean presentados a su consideración, así como prestar el apoyo logístico y administrativo para el funcionamiento del organismo.
