Ejercen ilegalmente la profesión de fisioterapia:
Los profesionales de fisioterapia autorizados para ejercer la profesión que encubran a quienes la ejercen ilegalmente o se asocien a éstos;
Las personas que sin poseer el título ni estar debidamente inscritas en el Ministerio de Salud Pública ejerzan o se anuncien por cualquier medio como profesionales de la fisioterapia.
