La licencia de importación es el acto administrativo mediante el cual se otorga autorización con base en los criterios señalados por el Gobierno Nacional, para la importación al territorio aduanero nacional de mercancías correspondientes al régimen de licencia previa, con el cumplimiento previo de los requisitos establecidos.
