°. Adjudicación de las Acciones en la Segunda Fase . La adjudicación de las Acciones en la Segunda Fase se llevará a cabo mediante procedimientos que tengan como propósito procurar: (i) Amplia publicidad y libre concurrencia; (ii) Transparencia y objetividad del proceso de adjudicación, y (iii) Continuidad en la prestación del servicio a cargo de la Compañía Central de Seguros S. A. La adjudicación de las acciones en la Segunda Fase, se realizará al postor o postores que ofrezcan el mayor precio según se defina en el reglamento de enajenación y adjudicación.
