Toda casa de fundición y ensayes de la industria privada, deberá obtener licencia de la respectiva Oficina de Control de Cambios y Exportaciones para desarrollar sus negocios. Estas licencias se expedirán por períodos de un año, debiendo solicitarse su renovación antes de su vencimiento.
