º . Las importaciones que se efectúen en uso de la Licencia Anual, podrán tener el carácter de reembolsables y no reembolsables, de acuerdo con el régimen cambiario aplicable para cada empresa. En la casilla "Clase y Condiciones de Reembolso", de la solicitud de importación, se deberá señalar el carácter de reembolsable o no reembolsable, anotando el plazo en el cual se efectuará el pago de las importaciones o la causal de no reembolso, respectivamente, de acuerdo con el Decreto 3803 del 31 de octubre de 2006, o las normas que la modifiquen o adicionen.
