Adicionase el artículo 83 con el siguiente inciso: Empero, si el propietario enajena al Instituto la parte de su predio sobre la cual tenga derecho de exclusión, tal parte se considerara como un fundo distinto para el solo efecto de la forma como deba pagarse.
