Se entiende por precio normal, el precio pagado o por pagar generado en una venta efectuada en condiciones de libre competencia, que equivalga al precio corriente de mercado, incluidos todos los gastos relacionados con su venta y entrega en el puerto o lugar de introducción al territorio nacional.
