° Modificase el artículo 2° del Decreto 239 del 6 de febrero de 1992, cuyo texto quedará así: "La doctora Noemí Sanín de Rubio, Ministra de Relaciones Exteriores, tendrá derecho a pasaje aéreo en la ruta Santafé de Bogotá. Manaos y a la suma de Cuatrocientos dólares (US$ 400.00) diarios por concepto de viáticos durante los tres (3) días de la comisión".
